Connart Studio provides ready-to-use illustrations available for purchase in the it's online library and custom illustrations as a service. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Studio's website, products and services.

Before purchasing illustrations or requesting custom work from Connart Studio, please make sure to read and agree to the following Terms and Conditions

Connart Studio offer two main products & services:

Ready-to-use illustrations from the online library: Customers can purchase individual illustrations from our library to be used and integrated in any sort of designs
Custom Illustrations: Customers can request custom illustration services based on their specific needs.

Payments are processed securely online. Connart Studio accepts major credit cards and other payment options displayed during the checkout process such as paypal for example.

For library illustrations, upon successful payment, you will receive the purchased illustrations via email. For custom illustrations, delivery timelines and processes can be found under the Customer illustration page of the website. Delivery time and processes may change depending on the context.

All sales of library illustrations are final; no refunds or cancellations are allowed once a purchase is made. For custom illustrations, you may cancel the project and receive a full refund at the rough sketch stage. After approval of the rough sketch, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted.

Library Illustrations
When purchasing from the Library, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the illustrations according to the license plan selected. You may modify elements such as background or colors, but altering the illustrations in any other way is not permitted. Reselling or redistributing the illustrations in any form is strictly prohibited. The illustrations remain non-exclusive and may be sold to other customers.

Exclusive Custom Illustrations
For exclusive custom work, you receive exclusive rights upon full payment and project completion. You are free to use the illustration for your business as needed. Connart Studio will not add the artwork to its online library or resell it. However, modifications to the illustration, reselling, or redistribution are not allowed.

Non-Exclusive Custom Illustrations
For non-exclusive custom work, you may use the illustration freely for your business purposes, but exclusive rights are not granted. Connart Studio retains the right to include the artwork in its illustration library and make it available to other customers. As with exclusive custom illustrations, you are not permitted to modify, resell, or redistribute the artwork.

Length of usage
Each illustration purchased comes with a license and can only be used for 5 years after which it needs to be renewed.

All illustrations are protected by intellectual property laws. For all illustrations produced by Connart Studio, the Studio retains ownership, and your purchase grants you a license as specified in Section 6 and the Licencing page.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connart Studio shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the illustrations purchased from this website or requested from Connart Studio itself, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

The illustrations are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Connart Studio does not guarantee that the illustrations will meet your specific requirements or that they are free from errors. While he Studio strives to ensure that all information on our website is accurate, it does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any content, including product descriptions and pricing. You are responsible for determining the suitability of the illustrations for your intended use and for complying with any applicable laws and regulations. Connart Studio is not liable for any technical issues you may experience while using the website, including viruses or other harmful components.
