Every custom illustration is made under the same process. A process that remove uncertainty, that give space for collaboration, storytelling and creativity.

Understand your unique needs.

In this initial step, we’ll collect key information through a series of thoughtful questions and a discovery call, allowing us to gain a deep understanding of your specific context, needs and vision.

Concept

Create space for a common vision.

Before we create, we align. Through a mood board, we’ll shape a visual concept that that match your vision, one that reflects your values, your story, and the feeling you want to convey.

Sketching

Bringing the concept to life.

In this stage, we share the first sketches to bring the initial idea to life. These drafts are meant to visualize the direction and gather your feedback, making sure we're aligned before refining the details.

Delivering the final illustration.

Once the concept is approved, we move on to finalizing the illustration with careful attention to detail. The artwork is refined, cleaned, and exported in the requested formats, ready to be used across your desired platforms.

FAQ

What formats will I receive the illustration(s)?

This is up to you, we can provide the illustration(s) in the file forma you want either it is png, pdf, photoshop file, svg or any other verctorise files, just need to tell us what you need.

How long does a typical project take?

Depending on the number of illustrations to make for the request. Normally we aim for 2 week for a project of one illustration considering all the process steps and maybe a few more days if there is more than one illustration needed.

How many revisions are possible?

We offer revisions 2 revisions cross the sketching and final delivery for free  to ensure the final product meets your expectations and allow extra revision for 20 euros more. phase.

What is the difference between non-exclusive/exclusive illustrations?

An exclusive custom illustration grant you the right to be the only person to use the illustration, it won't be reused by Connart Studio in the library. On the other hand a non-exclusive custom illustrations maybe reused by Connrart Studio.

How does it works for the payment?

After the first project briefing phase including the answering few questions via a questionnaire we will send you and a discovery call, we will send you a quote with a 50% payment upfront to kick start the project and a 50% payment after approval of the final illustration(s) and before the delivery of the file(s).

As a freelance designer or studio how will we work with your client?

The best would be to include Connart Studio in the whole process. As a freelance designer or an idependent design studio you would put us in contact with the final client and follow the process together.
